What is Transform?

Transform defines the four big areas of life and creates a culture of clarity and accountability. We cultivate fun, competitive team environments. We make sure the teaching is clear and creative and life changing. Our groups help people understand God’s Word through discussion and being transparent on personal struggles. We are growth-oriented because we believe action is what transforms us. We encourage the struggling and celebrate those who are growing. We pray for one another. We build leaders. Our goal is to see a brotherhood of men who rise to their full potential impacting families, businesses, the house of God, and every sphere of life.

Transform starts with a right vision of manhood. Our foundational scriptures for men are Luke 2:52, Proverbs 3:15–16, and Genesis 1:26–28.

If you change the man, you change the family. If you change the family, you change the generation. If you change the generations, you change the world. Therefore, leaders must see where men are stuck and help them get unstuck. Leaders must get a fire on the inside for what happens if the men stay stuck.

It’s not enough to have the right vision for men and a heart for men; we need the skill, or vehicle, to truly help them. Transform is the vehicle to give men the skills to get unstuck, win in life, and help other men win alongside them.
