Outreach Children’s Ministry

Kathy accepted Christ and was baptized in February of 1968 at (formerly) Lawndale Christian Church. In the following years, she had attended Christian Bible Colleges throughout California.

The Year 2000, Kathy was asked to become the children’s director at LCC. She was there 6 years part-time, when it became clear to Kathy that God wanted her in full outreach. She went to a missions organization as Missionary Director.

With the support from her Pastor and Elders she has started Outreach Children’s Ministry, a ministry that reaches children in public places & trains other adults and churches to do the same.

Food Pantry

The primary purpose of the Food Pantry is to help members and regular attenders who need some assistance. Members and regular attenders have the privilege to shop the Food Pantry, (at no charge), once a week for up to 30 items. The Food Pantry is open each Sunday after the second service, and on Wednesday from 9 am to 11 am. We also serve community walk-ins by providing a 12-count grocery bag, which contains something for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These 12-count, pre-packed bags are available at the church office during the week, while the weekly supply lasts.

A global Christian organization dedicated to freeing children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Through strong partnerships with governments, law enforcement, and like-minded organizations, we continue to expand our reach and offer lasting freedom to children in need.

Rescue is just the beginning. Each survivor receives individualized care, support to return to school or gain financial independence, trauma resilience training, and the hope of the gospel.
